I am a tradesperson, how can I hold an account with Siegware?

Do I get any discounts when purchasing items in bulk?

Some products have a bulk (box/pallet qty) option on upon ordering, with an automatic discount applied. However, for those who make regular purchases in high quantities, we recommend applying for a Trade & Wholesale account with us: https://shop.siegware.com.au/trade-wholesale/ 

Can I organise my own shipping or pick up from your warehouse directly myself?

Yes, you can choose Pickup from warehouse / Organise your own courier option on the checkout page. 
Please be sure to wait for us to notify you when your order is packed and ready for pickup. 

Can I pay via direct bank transfer?

Yes, you can.
Be sure to quote your order number clearly in the transfer description and for the amount to match the invoiced amount exactly.
Any descreptencies or innacuracies may delay delivery of your order.

What is the process to return or replace items?

Do you supply / ship to New Zealand

Yes, Siegware supplies and ships products to New Zealand.
Due to the complex shipping and customs expenses, you cannot place New Zealand order through the shop. Please contact us directly.
